The listings are also exclusively featured on the Robb Report's website in their "Exceptional Properties" viewd by millions. 

Regency International Estates are members of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association or TCREA for short,  and as such Real Estate professionals. Our Online Multiple Listing System (MLS) consolidates all listed properties in one location, giving maximum exposure to Sellers and one-stop shopping for Buyers. As your TCREA agent we can represent you in the purchase of any listed property and all major condominium developments. As a fully licensed brokerage in the TCI, and members of TCREA our clients gain valuable access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), where all properties are presented to the island's brokerage firms and their working agents. Christie’s International Real Estate magazine isavailable at newsstands, fine bookstores, fashionable hotels, private airport lounges, and Affiliate offices across the world. Further publications include the very popular TCREA Magazine, published twice per year with a large "on-island" distribution to a very captive and targeted audience. Again, much like the online MLS, the magazine consolidates all listed properties in one location, giving maximum exposure to Sellers and one-stop shopping for Buyers. Ultimately getting into the hands of almost every potential buyer that visits the Turks and Caicos. Electronic versions are available for each publication.

"Coming to the Island" marketing is an opportunity to take a very different approach by creating articles that educate and inform the reader on certain aspects of the real estate market, investments opportunities, or lifestyle. Indirectly creating a relationship between the reader and the author, or buyer and brokerage. There are several publications that are provided to commercial flights arriving in the TCI daily and explore these opportunities on a seasonal case-by-case basis. I have lived in the Turks and Caicos Islands for the last 30 years and am still amazed at the absolute beauty our islands have to offer. 

Just last week Katherine and I went to visit some great friends of ours at the Le Vele for cocktails and good conversation. We arrived just before sun down and headed out to the back deck overlooking Grace Bays beautiful beaches, and turquoise waters. Parked directly in front of us about 100 yards off shore was a beautiful yacht called the Missing Link, a spectacular sight. If that was not enough just down the beach from this one was another, and even bigger yacht, I thought I was in Monaco for a minute.

So if you can imagine, we are relaxing with our cocktails, being cooled by gentle trade winds, taking in the great sights of Grace Bay, watching beautiful yachts calmly anchored offshore, then WOW, one of the best sunsets you will ever see. 

What more can anyone ask for from of life?

Well, we just sold another lovely studio suite at the very popular Royal West Indies Resort.

The RWI is a great condo resort property and is a favourite with many of our clients, its located right on Grace Bay Beach,beatifully landscaped,great services and facilities, and very well managed. They RWI has been around since 2000 and have done a great job attracting repeat business through many satisfied guests, it also has a huge following that helps spread its popularity through new word of mouth business. With many similar properties on the market these days it takes a property with all of these elements in place to rise above the rest, and with a great history for generating a favourable income stream, this suite did just that.

Turks and Caicos properties that include condos such as the Royal West Indies, the Sands on Grace Bay, and The Ocean Club have become even more popular over the last 12 months, the more value based price point fits very well with our new buyers traveling to the Turks and caicos from Canada.
